All agreements, sales and deliveries are in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery

These General Terms shall apply save as modified by written agreement between the parties. As far as the reciprocal rights and liabilities of the parties as well as their relation to a third party are not stipulated in our General Conditions of Delivery or in written agreement, the regulations in ORGALIME 2012 shall apply where relevant.

Purchasing Info
Warranty
Spectrogon guarantees all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Repair or replacement will be made at no-charge if we are notified within one year of shipment of parts. In all cases, Spectrogon’s liability is limited to the value of the furnished parts. Every effort will be made to handle customer supplied material with great care, however; all supplied material will be handled only at the risk of the customer. In all cases, our liability is limited to the value added only. No other warranty exists, either expressed or implied, and consequential damages are specifically excluded.
Payment terms
All invoices are net 30 days after credit has been established with Spectrogon Credit Department.

Spectrogon accepts VISA and MasterCard.
With the order, Spectrogon will need your credit card no, expiry date and security code (3 last digits on the back side of the card in the signature area).
Your credit card will normally be charged when the order is shipped.
